Program Overview
Our sessions are designed to introduce young players to soccer in a fun and engaging environment. Kids will develop fundamental skills like dribbling, passing, shooting, and ball control while learning teamwork and sportsmanship.
Each session is structured to ensure players learn effectively while enjoying the game.
Session Rundown:
Warm-up (5-10 minutes): Start with a light jog or dynamic stretching exercises to warm up the muscles and prevent injuries.
Skill-building (20 minutes): Work on basic soccer skills such as dribbling, passing, and shooting through drills and games.
Teamwork exercises (15-20 minutes): Encourage teamwork and communication through small-sided games or drills that require players to work together.
Fun game (5-10 minutes): End the session with a fun game that allows players to practice their skills in a low-pressure environment
AGES 9-15:
Boys & Girls Soccer (Ages 9-15)

Session Format:
⚽ Boys-Only & Girls-Only Sessions – Sessions will be held separately for boys and girls to ensure a comfortable and focused training environment.
⚽ Girls' Sessions Led by a Female Coach – Girls' classes will be coached by an experienced female coach to provide strong mentorship and development.
⚽ Same Training Time, Separate Locations – Boys and girls will train at the same time, with sessions held either at Jaffari Community Centre (JCC) or a nearby facility within 5-15 minutes of JCC.

Training covers:

✅ Game intelligence and decision-making
✅ Physical development and endurance
✅ Teamwork and leadership on the field
Each session is structured to ensure players receive high-quality coaching and competitive gameplay.
Session Breakdown (1-1.5 Hours):
✅ Warm-up (10 minutes): Dynamic stretches, agility drills, and activation exercises.
✅ Skill & Tactical Development (30 minutes): Focus on ball control, dribbling, passing, shooting, defending, and positioning.
✅ Game-Based Drills (20 minutes): Small-sided games emphasizing quick transitions, teamwork, and game awareness.
✅ Match Play (30 minutes): Competitive 6v6 or 7v7 games to apply learned skills in a real-game setting.
