Session Rundown:

  • Warm-up (5-10 minutes): Start the session with a light warm-up to get the muscles ready. This can include dynamic stretches, light jogging, or simple ball exercises to promote circulation and prevent injuries.

  • Skill-building (20-25 minutes): Focus on key technical skills like dribbling, passing, shooting, and ball control. Divide the group into smaller teams for more individualized attention and work on drills that enhance their skill sets in real-game scenarios.

  • Teamwork & communication exercises (10-15 minutes): Encourage players to work together in small-sided games or drills that require teamwork, positioning, and strategy. This builds communication, improves decision-making, and enhances game awareness.

  • Fun game (10-15 minutes): End the session with a fun, competitive game where the players can practice what they’ve learned in a low-pressure setting. Use this time to reinforce the skills and concepts from the session in a real-match environment.

This structure ensures that players get the most out of each session, balancing skill-building with the excitement and challenge of competitive games.
